1. New Sale registered in SO by automation in eM
- This is a script that searches for newly (today) registered sales with source "Digital Marketing".
- The script sends an e-mail "Sales inquiry received - check SuperOffice! " to Account owner
- Only active if Country is set in EM Country Config
- Runs every day at 1PM and 7AM
2. Sale Reassigned
- This is a Trigger. It finds sales that have changed sale owner and sends an e-mail "Sales inquiry reassigned - check SuperOffice" to new sale owner.
- If the activity (created by automation in eM) is linked to the sale, the e-mail will have 2 links like below
- If the activity is not linked to the sale, the e-mail will have 1 link like below
- Runs when sale is saved.
3. Reminder Activity on Sale
- This is a script that finds NOT COMPLETED activities (created by automation in eM) that are more then 5 days old.
- The activity type the script is looking for is: "Notification eMarketeer"
- The script sends an e-mail to owner of activity.
- If the activity is not linked to the sale, the e-mail will have 1 link like below
- If the activity (created by automation in eM) is linked to the sale, the e-mail will have 2 links like below
- Country spesific.
- Runs every day at 7AM.
